The Challenge
Affiliate marketing platforms often feel cluttered and purely transactional, making it hard for users to find what they need quickly. ClixScale faced a "brand gap"—their digital platform felt disconnected from their physical presence at global conferences. Affiliates were experiencing "choice paralysis" on the web, while the offline marketing materials lacked the premium, tech-forward feel of the actual product.
The Solution
To bridge this gap, I designed a unified design system that works perfectly on both, phone & booth. Digital: I ditched the messy menus for a sleek, dark-mode dashboard. I used a "card-based" layout for offer categories (like Fitness and VOD) and kept everything "thumb-friendly" so users can navigate easily while on the move. Offline: I translated the digital UI—like the global reach map and custom iconography—into high-impact environmental graphics for Affiliate World Dubai. Consistency: I designed a suite of "lifestyle" touchpoints, including offline brand materials, always ensuring the brand felt like a cohesive, high-end ecosystem rather than just a list of links.
The Result
By optimizing the mobile "Schedule a Meeting" flow, the team successfully captured all booking opportunities during the Dubai conference. This approach also created a consistent look between the digital app and the physical booth, helping establish a professional presence with partners. Additionally, the modular setup now makes it much easier and faster for the brand to adapt their marketing materials for future events in different cities.
